LoungeUp offers a suite of products that allow hotels to accompany their guests along every step of their stay, to improve guest satisfaction and generate additional revenue.
Pre-stay, guests can prepare their arrival with an online pre check-in and can buy additional hotel services. During their stay, a welcome portal accessible to guests through the hotel WiFi and a native app allow hotels to interact with their guests, to sell their services and to share their recommendations. A newsstand, weather report, flight information, an interactive map and more, are all available to guests through the app. Post-stay, LoungeUp allows hotels to use guest data to their advantage with targeted marketing campaigns aimed at improving guest loyalty.
This digital extension of the hotel’s existing services has many advantages: it saves time, it increases the availability of hotel staff, it improves guest satisfaction, it allows for a more personalised service, it collects qualified data and more.
LoungeUp and Customer Alliance have a two-way API integration: guest reviews collected through the app and webapp are gathered by Customer Alliance while Customer Alliance reviews further enrich LoungeUp’s guest files. Customer Alliance questionnaires can also be integrated into LoungeUp’s post-stay emails.
LoungeUp has already equipped more than 1700 properties with its digital solutions. Their clientele ranges from hotels with 4 to 500 rooms and with 2 to 5 stars. It also includes hotel chains, campsites, apartment and villa rentals and more.
